| Abstract: | The periodic solutions and Hopf Bifurcation to the Van der Pol equation whose nonlinear terms are in two different forms are compared accordingly in this paper, mainly by means of the planar qualitative theory and the Hopf bifurcation theorem. Their differences in the periodic solutions and Hopf bifurcations which embody the differences of the Van der Pol equations under a transformation are gained. |
