| 摘 要： | 介绍了采用质谱直接进样技术测定紫杉醇的方法,与传统的液相法测定紫杉醇技术比较,可降低昂贵的标样使用量,免去流动相的费用.讨论了质谱运行条件的选择和操作中应注意的问题.
