山西省总体发展战略应调整创新

计划经济条件下确定的山西省煤炭能源重化工基地的总体发展战略导致全省环境严重污染，资源与生态严重破坏，经济发展水平不断下降，可持续发展能力面临巨大挑战。随着改革开放的深入发展和市场经济体制的建立，山西省应重新认识经济社会的发展方向，制定“新能源现代轻化工基地”的总体发展战略。

The General Developing Strategy of Shanxi Province Should Be Adjusted and Innovated

The general developing strategy of "coal energy and heavy chemistry base" of Shanxi Province made under the conditions of planning economy has caused serious environmental pollution, resources damage, ecocide and decrease of economic developing level for Shanxi Province. Its sustainable developing ability faces great challenge. Along with the development of reform and opening and the establishment of market economy system,Shanxi Province should make reconsideration about its economic and social developing direction, and work out its general developing strategy of "new energy and modern light chemistry base".
