摘    要:设计出了一种基于嵌入式的对生产车间环境的温度、湿度、气体浑浊度三项指标进行实时的采集和存储模块,并引入PROFIBUS_DP总线建立主从站间的智能网络通信和网关功能的设计方案.系统采用意法半导体公司推出的STM32F103系列高效信号处理器作为控制核心,通过新型的温度、湿度、浑浊度传感器将外界模拟信号转化为数字量送到微处理器进行存储.通过设计PROFIBUS_DP模块将现场多个从站采集到的数据传输到上位机西门子公司的S7-300/400型PLC上进行显示和处理,对从站各指标进行实时监测,对超出正常范围的从站发出报警提醒,从而实现分布式空气质量的采集和实时监测控制.实践证明:该系统具有测量精度高、稳定性强、实时效果好的优点,采集误差和传输误差极低,具有很高的可行性和实际应用价值.

Abstract:A kind of intelligent environment monitoring system using PROFIBUS_DP communication is introduced in the industrial production.The system is able to collect parameters including temperature,humidity,atmospheric turbidity and data are transmitted by PROFIBUS_DP industrial field bus,so the real-time remote monitoring is realized.This system is centered STM32F103RBT6 as core of computation and processing.These methods lay foundation of receiving and processing data from upper computer with Siemens S7300/400.When there are parameters beyond the normal range,It can send an alarm to the slave station.The experimental results show that the system has high machining accuracy and the reliable data transportation capabilities.The equipment of environment monitoring with stable and desired function is achieved.
