氨合成塔内件结构新方案

摘    要:将氨合成塔内列管式换热器,改成螺旋板式换热器,并将该换热器置于触媒筐同一径向上.气体由中心管单端进气改为上、下两端同时进气,以达到进触媒筐的气体尽可能地分布均匀.本结构能使合成塔的生产能力较原塔提高10%以上.

Abstract:The main content of this article is to change the line up tube heat exchanger, which is placed under the bollom of the catalyst basket in the ammonia syn- thetic tower, with lower efficiency of heat transfer, incompact architecture, occupying much more space of high pressure, into the spiral board heat exchan- ger, with higher efficiency of heat transfer and compact architecture. That ex- changer is to be placed in the same direction as that of the catalyst basket, and to change at the same time the air inlet from a single end of the central tube into a double end one, i. e. the higher and lower ends to admit the air in at the same time so as to made the gas entering the catalyst basket to be in sym- metry distribution as much as possible. Success to study this architecture will increase nearly 10% of the productivity of the ammonia synthetic tower.
