苎麻织物酶柔处理对其刺痒感的影响

摘    要:简要阐述苎麻织物刺痒感产生的原因,探讨酶柔处理以降低其刺痒感的方法。实验中采用纤维素酶加柔软剂处理苎麻织物,通过正交实验及验证试验获得最佳工艺条件,并对织物的减量率,弯曲长度,悬垂系数、经向强力损失率、刺痒感等六个指标进行测试与评价。不同处理工艺能减少纱线的抗弯刚度.织物的弯曲长度和悬垂系数,从而降低苎麻织物的刺痒感。

Abstract:This paper has briefly introduced cause that leads to the scratchiness of ramie fabric. By the processes of acid cellulase and softener organosilicon to deal with the ramie fabric, six indexs of the fabric were tested, including decrement rate, bending rigidity, bending length, drape coefficient, loss rate in strength and so on . From the result of the orthogonal test optimum design, it can be seen obviously that this technology can reduce fabric bending rigidity, bending length and drape coefficient in order to lower the scratchiness.
