制氧机输出端黄铜管爆裂分析

摘    要:针对制氧机输出端黄铜管爆裂事故进行了检验和分析,得出制氧机启动与停止所产生的疲劳应力与高速流动的高压氧气氧化介质共同作用,导致了黄铜管发生腐蚀疲劳爆裂破坏,冷加工后退火不均匀是加速黄铜管爆裂的内部原因。

Abstract:The reason of the explosion of brass tube at the output port of generating oxygen machine has been investigated.The results show that there are two main factors.One is the repeated strain coming from the firing and stop of the machine;the other is the high pressure oxidative agent flowing with high speed.They act together and make the brass tube explosive due to the corrosion fatigue failure.The non uniform of anneal after cold working is the internal reason of accelerating this process.
