| 摘 要： | 以枸杞果实为植物材料,比较研究Trizol试剂快速提取法、异硫氰酸胍法、TransZol plant试剂盒法、CTAB法和改良CTAB法提取枸杞果实RNA的可行性.结果表明,改良CTAB法能有效地抑制酚类物质、多糖及皂苷等次级代谢产物对RNA的影响,可从枸杞果实获得质量高、完整性好的总RNA；RT-PCR分析显示提取的...
