| 摘 要： | 研究了含B9的保鲜剂在非洲菊切花衰老过程中对其生理生化的影响．结果表明：该保鲜剂能增加POD活性；延缓MDA增加和O2^-生成速率；延缓蛋白质降解；降低脯氨酸含量和水分散失；维持膜结构的相对稳定性；延长非洲菊切花瓶插寿命4d。

| Abstract: | Effects of Preservative Containing B_9 on physiological actions of cut Gerbera flower were studied. The result indicated that the preservative increased the activity of peroxidiase(POD), delayed the enhancement of malondialdehyde (MDA) content and the composition rate of O~-_2,decreased the decomposition rate of protein, reduced the composition rate of proline and the dissipation of water,and maintained the stability of membrane in petals of gerbera during vase-holding. The vase-holding time were prolonged four days by using the preservative. |
