摘 要: | 就高校后勤聘用人员队伍存在的思想素质、文化、年龄结构等问题进行分析。提出了加强后勤聘用人员队伍建设,要从深入人事改革、改进薪酬管理、建立培训机构等方面入手的具体措施,以期有助于不断提高高校后勤服务质量。
