| 摘 要： | 研究用微波衰减原理测量物质水分含量所用的传感器．根据传感器的结构，利用场量匹配法求得传感器的传输系数和反射系数，并与测量结果做了对照，从而为本传感器的设计提供了理论基础．同时利用本传感器测量了几种物质水分含量，并和其他方法所测得的结果进行了对照，证明了所研究传感器的可靠性．

| Abstract: | A kind of sensor for detection moisture content in materials with the microwave declining principle is discussed. Using numerical matching of the electromagnetic field, we get both the transfering coefficient and reflecting coefficient of the sensor. These coefficeients are compared with the experiment results. It provided us with principle bases to design the sensor. Moreover, several kinds of material were detected with our sensor. Comparing our results with those from other methods, we conclude that the developed sensor is reliable. |
