| 摘 要： | 鱼腥草各器官的总黄酮和槲皮素含量差异较大,总黄酮的含量在各器官高低顺序表现为叶子>果实>花>全株>地上茎>地下茎;槲皮素的含量在各器官高低顺序表现为花>叶子>果实>全株>地上茎;鱼腥草全草中总黄酮和槲皮素的含量自6月至10月逐渐升高,10月含量达到最高;二者含量的分布在不同器官和不同季节中具相似性,且鲜草中槲皮素的含量比干品的含量高.

| Abstract: | Great discrepancies about the contents of total flavone and quercitin exist in each organ of Houttuynia cordata Thunb..The content of total flavone in each organ shows as follows: Leaf>fruit>flower>frond>aerial stem>subterraneous stem,The content of quercitin in each organ appears that flower is the highest,the second is leaf,fruit and frond,the aerial stem is the lowest;The amount of total flavone and quercitin in Houttuynia cordata Thunb is increasing from July to October,and it could reach the highest in October;The contents of both appear comparability in different organs or different seasons.Besides,the content of quercitin in fresh is higher than the dry plant. |
