Abstract:This paper investigates the present situation of the scientific research made by the teachers of middle and primary schools in Zhejiang Province,and from the angle of library's knowledge service,puts forward some countermeasures for changing the present situation of the scientific research in basic education and promoting the level of the scientific research in basic education of Zhejiang Province.
