| 摘 要： | 介绍了西门子S7-224xp PLC控制系统在单组分酸性硅酮玻璃胶生产中的应用,着重描述了工艺分析、控制系统、控制功能及管理功能.该系统很好地解决了投料量化、水分率控制、釜内温度控制、反应程度控制等.实践证明,该技术是解决现有问题的关键,而且使生产过程中的产品质量得以保证,大大地提高了生产效率.
