文山市农村土地规范流转问题研究

农村土地流转是农村经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物,是传统农业向现代农业转变的必然趋势,是实现农村劳动力转移、推动农业规模化经营、促进农业增效农民增收的有效手段。但农村土地流转的不畅和不规范导致农村土地产出率低下,生产成本偏高,农民增收困难,土地纠纷不断。通过实施规范的土地流转,可进一步推动农业规模化、集约化经营和专业化生产,加快农村劳动力转移和促进农业增效、农民增收。

The Research on Rural Land Recycling Problems in Wenshan City

The urban land recycling is the inevitable periodical outcome of the rural economic development;and is the inevitable trend that the traditional agriculture transforms to modern agriculture;and is the effective method that realizes the labor force transformation,enhances agriculture＇s scale management and efficiency,and increases farmers income.However,the non-standardization and stagnation of rural land recycling leads to low production,high production cost,difficulty in increasing farmers＇ income and continuous land disputes.It is significant to execute the standard land recycling,promote the scale management,intensive management and professional production,increase the rural labor force transformation and increase the agriculture＇s production and farmers＇ income.
