摘    要:饭店业是有关人和为人服务的行业。顾客与员工都满意是饭店追求的目标。顾客满意是以员工满意为基础的,员工满意最终为顾客满意服务。使顾客满意就是为顾客提供良好的体验环境和体验过程,使之留下一段美好回忆;员工满意在于个人需求得以实现,个人价值得以体现。

Abstract:Hotel industry is an industry concerned with persons and of the service for persons. The goal of hotel is to satisfy customers and employees. To satisfy the customers is to provide good experience of the environment and the process, and let them have good memory. To satisfy employees is to make them get their needs and realize their personal values.
