模糊数学在个体营养素摄入评价中的应用

摘    要:给出一种针对个体营养素摄入评价的方法.在营养个体化理论的基础上,将模糊数学引入个体营养素摄入评价分析,并提出营养曲线的概念.对个体的3大能量物质、常量元素、微量元素、脂溶性维生素、水溶性维生素、膳食纤维、胆固醇等的最适宜摄入范围进行模糊集合描述,确定个体营养素隶属函数即营养曲线.以P值作为个体膳食营养评价指标,由个体膳食摄入各种营养素的隶属度计算出P值,以此判定个体膳食营养的总体状况以及营养素的缺余状况,为个体进行膳食干预提供了理论依据.

Abstract:A method based upon the theory of individual nutritional assessment is discussed. The principles of fuzzy math are applied to the study of individualized nutritional intake with the concept of the nutritional curve. The study is based on the theory of individualized nutrition assessment. The optimal intake and the membership function of the main nutrients, including carbohydrate, fat, protein, major minerals, trace minerals, fat-soluble vitamins, water-soluble vitamins, dietary fibre and cholesterol are described in fuzzy sets based on the Chinese dietary reference intakes. P value is used as a nutritional index for food intake status assessment. This can be calculated on the basis of the membership grade of nutrients, nutritional status of individuals and the under or over basis of the food nutrients known. This method can be applied to intervention of food intake on an individual basis.
