稀土固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2/La3+催化合成己酸烯丙酯

摘    要:研究了以稀土固体超强酸SO^2-4/TiO2/La^3+为催化剂,已酸和烯丙醇为原料合成已酸烯丙酯,并考察了影响反应的因素,结果表明,醇酸比为2.0:1,催化剂用量为0.8g(已酸为0.2mol的情况下),带水剂甲苯为20mL,反应时间为2.0h是最适宜的反应条件,酯化率达96.2%。

Abstract:The synthesis of allyl hexanoate with allyl alcohol and hexanic acid as reactants and rare earth solid superacid SO2-4/TiO2/La3+ as catalyst had been studied. The influent actors of reaction were investigated. The results showed that the appropriate conditions should be: weight of catalyst was 0. 8g(weight of hexanic acid if 0. 2 mol) ,molar ratio of allyl alcohol to hexanic acid was 2.0 :1,reaction time was 2. 0 h .the taking water reagent (toluene)was 20 mL. The yield of allyl hexanoate was about 96.2%.
