For the polytechnic institute, the laboratory and training room building are the important guarantees to train students in the actual operation. Relying on the existing laboratory and training room and core professionals, around basic tasks of closing to the actual production, the authors prepare to construct a PLC-based distributed control system which mimics industrial scene.
