| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一个挤压工艺及模具设计综合系统。该系统把挤压工步分析专家系统、组合凹模优化设计和模具CAD合为一体,使模具CAD具有智能型的特点。三个独立的子系统既能单独运行,又能联合运行,具有很大的灵活性。该系统的开发成功有助于挤压工艺设计综合水平的提高。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a comprehensive system of estrusion processes and die computer aided design is discribed. The system is combinedextrusion-step analysis expert systems, die optimizing techniques with die CAD, and put into a completion system. Make the die CAD has intellectualization. Any partial system of the whole not only can run unrelatedly, but also can go on relatively. They are with a great deal of flexibility. Developed success of the comprehensive system is a great help to increase the artifice of extrusion process design. |
