| 摘 要： | 本文对猪痢疾密螺旋体单克隆抗体杂交瘤细胞系和鸭瘟病毒单克隆抗体杂交瘤细胞系(6H细胞系和D细胞系)的染色体进行了初步研究。6H细胞系,染色体平均数为97.5条;染色体数目分布在95—115条之间的细胞占48.33％。D细胞系,染色体平均为99条;染色体数目分布在95—115条之间的占总数54.54%。 两种细胞系细胞的绝大部分染色体为端部着丝点,只有两条中部着丝点染色体,且在两种细胞系中保持相对稳定,可以作为标记染色体。 本文还对两例杂交瘤细胞染色体进行了核型分析。两例染色体都为106条,其中,104条端部着丝点,2条中部着丝终点。

| Abstract: | In the present paper, the chromosomes of 6H Cell Line ard D Cell Line have been studied . The mean chromosome numbers of 6H Cell Line and D Cell Line are 97. 5 and 99, with cell of chromosome number ranging from 95 to 115 accounting for 48, 33% and54. 54%, respectively,Easity distinguishable from the other telocentric chromosomes, two metacentric homlogous chromosomes, which maintain relatiuely stable in both of the 6H Cell Line and D Cell Line, can act as the marker 1chrmosome.Detailed studies of two typicel cells show that among 106 chromosomes, 104 are telocentric chromosomes, 2 metacentric chromosomes. |
