摘    要:系统研究了有机与药物合成分析中的化学计量学 ,即合成计量学方法及其应用。研究薄层色谱分析法及均匀设计优化相结合的有机合成分析新技术 ,用于研究肉桂酸衍生物合成反应终点的推测与判断 ,获得良好指标。

Abstract:Systomatic investigations were made onapproaches and applications of synthmetric(synthetometrics),i.e,chemometrics in organicsynthesis and pharmaceutical proparation. Here,a novel technique by combining thin lyer chromatogtaph with homogeneous design method was developed and applied to organic synthesis formonitoring the preparation process of a derivativeof cinnaamic acid called trans-2-phonyl-3-orthonitrophonyl propenic acid. Homogeneous design was employedfor optimazing the solvent system of thin layerchromatography.The present technique was rapid and accurate for synthetic analysis.
