浅谈民兵队伍激励机制建设

摘    要:当前,民兵队伍中普遍存在着物质激励落实力度不够大,精神激励实际效果不明显以及物质激励与精神激励结合不紧密等问题。要想改善这些问题,就必须改善物质激励的方式,以精神激励为主,将物质激励与精神激励有机结合起来,并且充分考虑到民兵的个体差异,才能有针对性的建立一个系统科学、行之有效的激励机制。最后认为运用激励机制必须遵循三个基本原则:实事求是原则、公平合理原则、适时适地原则。

Abstract:At present,the militia are prevalent in the implementation of the material incentive enough,the actual spirit of the incentive effect was not obvious,as wall as material incentives and encourage the spirit of the combination does not close.In order to address these problems,it is necessary to improve the way of material incentives to encourage the spirit of the main material will inspire and encourage the spirit of the combine,and take full account of the militia of individual differences can be targeted to establish a scientific system,the Effective incentive mechanism. Concluded that the use of incentives must follow three basic principles:the principle of seeking truth from facts,the principle of fair and reasonable,appropriate and timely principles.
