摘    要:研究了CrO2/Polystyrence(聚苯乙烯简称PS)的复合样品的导电机制.对样品的电输运性质进行研究时发现零场电阻随PS含量增加而明显增大,电导对温度的变化表现出较强的依赖性;进一步分析发现复合样品的电导主要由两种导电通道构成:与温度呈指数关系的自旋相关的晶粒间的隧穿电导和与温度成幂指数关系的自旋无关跳跃电导.

Abstract:In this paper,the measurements of resistivity at zero field showed that,with the increase of PS proportion,the resistivity was enhanced evidently.Furthermore,the conductance showed a strong temperature dependency.At low temperature,the spin-dependent intergranular tunneling across the grain boundaries induced by the Coulomb block is the dominant transport mechanism.While at high temperature,the inelastic hopping of spin-independent electrons through the localized states induced by vices and impurities in th...
