| 摘 要： | 讨论橡胶硫化过程的智能控制系统。该系统由过程数据库、模型库和知识库组成，充分利用计算机的丰富软、硬件资源，根据实测橡胶性能与硫化时间的关系，采用曲线拟合，运用经验公式及其参数估计递推法，在ＩＢＭ－ＰＣ机上实现优化控制。

| Abstract: | An intelligent control system for vulcanization processing is descried.According to thedynamic principle of the chemical reaction, the authors have developed the mathematicalmodel and the algorithm for the equivalent vulcanization time which has reached the positivevulcanization point under the condition of variable temperature,The intelligent control sys-tem consists of a process data base,a model base and a knowledge base,According to the re-lationship between the rubber properties and the vulcanization time measured and with theempirical formulae and the recurrence method of parameter estimation,optimal control hasbeen realized with an IBM-PC computer. |
