| 摘 要： | 本文分析了国外文化遗产保护中的公众参与成功经验和文化遗产保护中公众参与的作用,总结了公众参与文化遗产保护的成功经验,即通过有效发挥民间组织在文化遗产保护中的积极作用,加强与文化遗产地周边居民互动,激发民众文化遗产保护的自觉意识来实现文化遗产保护与利用的双赢。

| Abstract: | This paper describes how the public participate in protection of the cultural-historical heritage in some foreign countries.Some successful experience and functions of overseas public participation in protection of cultural heritage have been analyzed in the paper.It is concluded that the implementation of protection of the cultural-historical heritage should include encouraging NGO,strengthening the interaction with peripheral inhabitants and awakening the public＇s consciousness in protection of cultural heritage,which is a win-win strategy in protection and utilization of cultural heritage. |
