复式断面河道一级护岸平台高程的确定方法

摘    要:基于河流动力学、生态学和工程经济学的有关理论,分析得出断面形态稳定性、生态性、社会性、工程经济性和船舶航行是影响一级护岸平台高程确定的主要因素.在理论分析基础上,构建了复式断面河道护岸费用-高程模型、效益-高程模型,确定了最大绝对效益条件下的一级护岸平台高程.根据河床断面形态理论,取第二造床流量作用下的边潍高程作为复武断面河床稳定条件下的一级护岸平台高程.综合运用效益-费用法以及河床结构形态法,分别计算了刘大线航道、劳龙虎水道一级护岸平台高程.计算结果表明,所提出的复式断面河道一级护岸高程计算方法很好地考虑了护岸的多功能特性,具有可操作性与实用性.

Abstract:Based on the theories of river dynamics,ecology and engineering economics,the main factors to determine the revetment platform elevation of compound cross-section waterway are analyzed.These factors include the stability of cross-section form,ecology,sociality,engineering economy and ship sailing.Based on the theoretical analysis,the cost-elevation model and the efficiency-elevation model of compound cross-section waterway revetment are built.The revetment platform elevation under the conditions of maximum absolute benefit is determined.According to the theory of riverbed cross-section morphology,the riverbank elevation under the second bed-forming discharge can be chosen as the revetment platform elevation of compound cross-section waterway in the riverbed stability conditions.By using the benefit and cost analysis and riverbed structure morphology comprehensively,the revetment platform elevation of Liudaxian channel and Laolonghu waterway are calculated,respectively.The results show that the multi-functional characteristics of revetment are well considered by the proposed calculation method of the revetment platform elevation,which is operable and practical.
