略论明清时期赣东北的科举会社

明清时期,赣东北各县在府城、省城和京城购置了不少试馆和会馆,以解决士子们的考试寓所问题;清嘉庆、道光朝,赣东北地区还兴起了资助士子卷资、旅费的宾兴组织,地方士绅在科举会社的设立和管理中起着关键作用。赣东北地方志中有不少科举会社资料,从一个侧面揭示了中国传统社会晚期社会结构和社会控制方式的某些特点。

On Imperial Examinations' Society of Northeast Jiangxi Province in Ming and Qing Dynasties

The Counties of Northeast Jiangxi province bought assembly halls for the examination and accommodation of the candidetes in prefectural city,provincial capital and the capital of China in Ming and Qing dynasties,who would take the imperial examinations.Many Binxing Organizations were founded in Jiangxi province in Qing dynasty,helping the candidates with their expenditure.The gentry played an important role in the establishment and management of the imperial examinations＇ society.There are a lot of documents about the imperial exancinations＇ societies in the chorography of Northeast Jiangxi province,which reveal from one aspect some characteristics of social construction and controlling system in late imperial China.
