摘    要:运用组合固相革取(Solid phase extraction,SPE)柱净化、气相色谱-火焰光度(GC—FPD)检测建立了9种有机磷农药残留的气相色谱同时分析方法.用乙酸乙酯作溶剂、高速均质和超声波方法辅助革取样品中的农药残留,草取液浓缩并转溶于丙酮-正己烷混合溶液(2:8,v/v)中,经过组合SPE柱(由上到下为CARB、SCX、FL)净化,乙酸乙酯定容.选用2种不同蔬菜基底(包菜和青花菜)进行加标回收率实验,回收率为60.1%~93.4.0%,方法检测限为1.6μg/kg~5.0μg/kg.

Abstract:A method to simultaneously analyze 9 organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables using solid phase extraction(SPE) and capillary gas chromatography with flame photometric electron capture detector was developed(GC-FPD).Vegetable samples were extracted with ethyl acetate under the assistance of high-speed homogenization and ultrasonic.The extract was condensed,transferred into acetone-n-hexane(2∶8,v/v),then purified through combined SPE tubes.The combination of SPE tubes which includes CARB,SCX and FL from up to down gives good purified result.The recoveries of most target analytes range between 60.1% and 93.4% at two different spiking levels.The method determination limits was among the range of 1.6 μg/kg~5.0 μg/kg.
