中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭80例疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效.方法:采用随机分组对照方法,将108例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,治疗组80例予以中药煎剂和西药合用,对照组予以西药治疗,对两组治疗1、2、5周疗效进行比较.结果:治疗组1周时疗效比对照组差,2周时治疗组略优于对照组,5周时治疗组疗效明显优于对照组.结论:中药具有增强心肌收缩力、减慢心率、扩张血管、抗缺氧、减轻心脏负荷的功能,中西药合用更有利于心功能的改善.

Observation on Combination of Westeren Medicine and TCM Treatment to 80 Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the effect of combining westren medicine and traditional Chin-ese medicine(TCM) in treating chronic heart failure.Methods: Randomly grouping,108 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into two groups,80 cases were treated on combination of TCM and western medicine as treating group,the control group given only western medicine,the curative effect of two groups were compared after 1,2,5 weeks.Results: after 1 week,the effect of treating group is worse than control group;after 2 weeks,the effect of treating group is slight better than control group;after 5 weeks,the effect of treating group is obviously better than control group.Conclusion: traditional Chinese medicine strengthens the contraction of cardiac muscle,slows heart rate,dilatation of blood vessels,eases heart overload,the use of combination of western and tra-ditional Chinese medicine better favors the improvement of cardiac function.
