防空导弹武器系统退役模型研究

摘    要:为了科学地确定防空导弹武器系统的退役以便于制定合理的武器装备采购计划 ,首先对影响防空导弹武器系统退役的各种约束指标因素进行了详细的分析和论证 ,建立了各项约束指标因素的相应约束子模型。应用模糊综合评判法构建了防空导弹武器系统的退役评判模型 ,并提出了综合评判和单项指标相结合的混合评判原则 ,为防空导弹武器系统的退役提供了科学的依据和处理方法。本模型已经应用于武器装备采购计划决策支持系统中 ,具有很高的应用参考价值

Abstract:In this paper, in order to decide the retiring of antiaircraft missile weapon system so as to make rational order plans of armaments, some index factors restricting the retiring of antiaircraft missile weapon system are analyzed and their sub-models are established firstly. Then a retiring evaluation model is established with fuzzy synthetic judgement method and some comprehensive evaluation rules integrating fuzzy synthetic judgement with single index are put forward. It is a scientific base and management method for the retiring of antiaircraft weapon system. This model has been used in a decision support system of armaments order plans and has a highly useful reference value.
