| 摘 要： | 杜仲无菌苗顶芽在ＭＳ＋细胞分裂素１．５～３．０（ｍｇ／Ｌ，下同）＋ＩＡＡ０．１＋ＩＢＡ０．１＋ＮＡＡ０．１培养基中分化效果最佳，在ＭＳ＋细胞分裂素０．１～１．０培养基中扩增效果最好，在２／３ＭＳ＋生长素０．１～１．０培养基中生根效果最好。

| Abstract: | The tips of aseptic seedling of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv were the best explants. The very proper culture medium for differentiation was MS+cytokinin 1.5～ 3.0(mg / L)+IAA0.1+IBA0.1+NAA0.1. The optimum medium for amplification was MS+cytokinin 0. 1～1.0, and 2/3 MS+auxin 0. 1～1.0 was very suitable for rootage. |
