摘    要:以熟焦,碳纤维,B4C,SiC,Si,TiO2和TiC为原料,采用原位合成及热压技术研究了不同TiO2和TiC含量对多组份碳/陶复合材料的组成、结构和性能的影响。

Abstract:Sintered petroleum coke,carbon fiber,B 4C,SiC Si,TiO 2 and TiC were used for the preparation of multi carbon/ceramic composite by hot pressing.The effects of the contents of TiO 2 and TiC on the compositions,microstructure and properties of C SiC TiC TiB 2 composite were investigated.In situ synthesis of TiB 2 by the reaction between TiO 2 or TiC and B 4C occurred during the sintering process,also SiC and TiC formed by the reaction between Si or TiO 2 and C.The formation of these ceramic phases has evident improvement on the mechanical properties of the composite.The addition of TiO 2 can make the material densification at lower temperature than that of TiC.The hot pressed composite with the addition of TiO 2 revealed superior mechanical properties.A carbon/ceramic composite with a strength of 430 MPa was prepared.
