| 摘 要： | 君子人格是孔子所创立儒学的核心内容,它贯穿于整个儒学思想体系之中。在社会发展过程中,儒学的君子人格起到人格的教化与引导作用,随着现代社会对儒学的重新关注,君子人格必然对现代社会的制度、秩序、人际关系、人的自我管理等方面建设有着积极的意义。 |

| Abstract: | The personality in gentleman is a core contents of the Confucianism pro -posed by Confucius,it pierces through the systems of thought in whole Confucianism. In the course of a social develop,the personality in gentleman of Confucianism plays a leading role in the personality education.In the modern society,Confucianism is being paid attention to again,the gentleman personality inevitably plays a positive role to developments of modern social system,order,social interaction and ego management,etc. |
