摘    要:不同水,陆稻品种,同一品种在不同季节栽培时,其抗旱性均有差异;用考马斯亮蓝染色法检测表明,它们的剑叶中可溶性蛋白含量变化模式也不一样,且与抗旱性不呈线性关系,SDS-PAGE图谱分析表明,干旱引起蛋白质成分的变化表现在整体水平上,而单一成分的变化极少。

Abstract:Experimented with some paddy and upland rice varieties,we found that the drought resistance and the changes of soluble proteins in flag leaves all showed quantitative and qualitative differences between varieties,as well as early and late season cultivating of the same variety,when they were treated by drought at the flowering and grain filling stages.Analyzed with Coomassieblue stain and SDS PAGE,the results showed that drought could increase or decrease the content of soluble protein components at a general level,but specially expressed proteins have seldom been discovered in this experiment.Some kind of linear relation may not exit between drought resistance of rice and changes of soluble proteins in their leaves.
