| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了在体育教学中，应确立“以人为本”的教育理念，充分地肯定学生的进步，用积极性的评价、丰富的教学手段与情境让学生产生成功的体验，从而激发学生的兴趣和自信心；让学生能主动自觉地学习、尝试，培养学生的创新精神，关心学生的整体素质提高，使他们学会做人、学会合作、实现自我、超越自我，体现“以人为本”的教育理念．
