| 摘 要： | 从乙二醛出发，经硝酸氧化，再与尿素缩合得尿囊素。用不同浓度尿囊素溶液观察其对植物生长的生化他感作用，结果表明，尿囊素对种子萌发及幼苗生长均有一定抑制作用。

| Abstract: | The allantoin was synthesised from glyoxaldehyde.First glyoxaldehyde was treated with nitric acid.Glyoxalic acid was obtained.Then it was condensed with urea in acid condition.Allelopathic effects of allantoin were observed.The results showed that has inhibition on seed germination and seedling growth. |
