| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代中期以来，素质教育的观念逐步深入人心，但由于多方面复杂因素的影响，使得我们的教育的确存在着“为应试而教，为应试而学”的倾向，从而影响了素质教育的全面实施和高素质创新人才的培养。本文就如何实施素质教育谈了一些粗浅的观点。

| Abstract: | Since mid-1990s , the concept of quality education has been accepted in peoples in mind. However, due to complicated factors , there is such a tendency of teaching for examination and study for examination?that it affects the all round implementing quality education and cultivating qualified creative talents. The writer put forward his opinion on how to implement quality education. |
