| 摘 要： | 如何加强军队信息化建设，已成为目前各国所关注的重点问题，是一个关系到战争胜负的战略问题。本文针对未来信息化战争的特点，对新形势下如何充分利用网络信息技术等先进工具，切实提高军队信息化建设提出几点认识。
