| Abstract: | The surplus rural labour force in China is an unique phenomenon arising from the China's rural production system reform and its development of market economy. This article, in terms of the influence of population growth,varying total farmland areas and the improvement of agricultural technolegy on surplus rural labour force,explores the reasons for which China's surplus rural labour force formed, the proplems it has caused, its transfer roads, and its regional difference in China, etc, in a bid to provide a certain basis for coping with this issue. |
