| Abstract: | In this paper, a traffic equilibrium assignment model is built. On the basis of analysing the shortages of Frank-Wolfe algorithm, a new algorithm is proposed. The algorithm is simple and applicable. The calculations in practical examples show that the results are satisfactory. |
