| 摘 要： | 校园文化与企业文化两种不同文化形态的冲突直接影响到高职学生的择业成功率,因此,高职院校在进行校园文化建设过程中必须引入企业文化。该文对高职院校引入企业文化的途径及两者的相融进行了探索,同时对这一过程中的有关问题也进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | The conflicts of cultural types between campus cultures and enterprise cultures have an influence on the rate of employment of students of higher vocational college.So vocational college must pull enterprise cultures into construction of campus cultures.The paper has a research on the way of enterprise cultures being pulled into and on the integration between them.The concerning problems of the process are elaborated at the same time. |
