从文化视角看诗歌英译的意象处理

诗歌被喻为＂文学皇冠上的明珠＂并作为一个相对独立的话语世界而存在,其翻译特别强调文化信息与美感效应的传递。因此,译者需要从研究民族文化差异入手去研究诗歌意象翻译。只有充分认识到这些差异,才能够进行有效的语言转换。从文化视角着眼,针对诗歌中的意象,提出几种行之有效的翻译手法。

Image treatment in the English translation of poems from the perspective of culture

Poem is considered as the pearl of literature crown and exists as the relatively independent discourse world.Its translation especially stresses the transmission of cultural message and aesthetic effect.Therefore,translators should study the image translation of poems from the perspective of national cultural differences.Only fully recognizing these differences can they do effective linguistic conversion.This paper puts forward several effective translation methods according to the image of poems from the cultural perspective.
