| 摘 要： | 家族企业作为一种古老的企业组织形式，在世界各国都广泛存在并发挥着巨大作用。本文通过对中、美、日三国家族企业的对比分析，从中总结出美、日家族企业发展对我国的启示，以此更好地促进中国家族企业的健康发展，建立有中国特色的家族企业。
