| 摘 要： | 分析了鲁新矿井在井上、下运输作业中出现的制约生产的因素,由于扳道器的维修量大,影响了矿井的正常生产,通过原因分析,结合现场情况,对闸墩式扳道器进行了工艺改造,改造后的扳道器操作灵活、简单,维修量小,大大提高了矿井的生产效率,提高了经济效益。

| Abstract: | Analysis of Lu new mine in the well under the transport operation, appeared in the restricted factor of production, due to the large amount of switch machine repair, affected the normal production of mine, through analysis, combined with the site conditions, the pier type switch machine for technological transformation, after the transformation of the switchman flexible operation, simple, a small amount of repair, greatly improving the efficiency of mining production, raised economic benefits. |
