| 摘 要： | 本文就大学生职业选择的现状及所呈现的价值追求进行了调研,通过调研反映了青年学生虽积极吸收各种知识,但对于自身素质的定位还需要引导,有相当数量的大学生在个人发展选择上,有一定的功利性。此外,职业选择中的就业观念及心理健康问题值得关注。
