| Abstract: | Long jump result is mainly decided by the approaching and taking of. The more accurate one takes off, and the better one does the approaching and taking off, the better result one will get. In this paper, the author intends to analyze the factors that affect the accuracy when an athlete takes off on the footboard, meanwhile, he tries to research means and methods which can help to enhance the quality of approaching. |
