齿轮传动的动态啮合刚度

摘    要:本文提出齿轮传动的静态啮合刚度和动态啮合刚度概念.导出了这两种啮合刚度的计算式,讨论了齿轮误差和转速对动态啮合刚度的影响.用模拟计算,分析了各种刚度模型对动态性能的影响.结果证明,本文提出的动态啮合刚度模型比其它刚度模型较合理.

Abstract:The concept of static meshing stiffness (SMS) and dynamic meshing stiffness (DMS) is proposed. Not only is DMS the function of tooth error, tooth deformation and meshing position, but it also depends on the vibra-tional displacement and the rotating speed of the gear. Calculation formulas for both the static and dynamic meshing stiffness are derived. The influence of gear errors and the rotating speed on the dynamic performance are discussed. When the speed is high, especially when it is around the resonant frequency, the results obtained by DMS are better than those by other models.
