簧片式热电偶的浮动理论

摘    要:分析簧片式热电偶在测量运动物体温度时测头的受力特性,建立了测头的动力学模型.根据模型,列出了簧片下气体运动的无量纲雷诺方程,并利用二维泰勒展开式和有限差分法对其进行了分析.为减小热电偶测头的磨损和增长其使用寿命,根据测量时簧片的受力情况提出了热电偶簧片的浮动理论,并利用力平衡原理实现了簧片变形量的优化.同时以某热电偶为例,进行了实际分析,得出了气体浮力的分布情况和簧片的最佳变形量.

Abstract:According to the reed thermoelectric couple testing, the dynamics model was set up after analyzing the force character of test head when it is used to test the temperature of motive object. Based on the model, the gas non dimension Reynolds equation is listed and studied by the two dimensional Taylor formula and limited difference method. On the basis of the reed force status, the paper introduced the floating theory of thermoelectric couple reed and optimized the reed contraction according to the theory of force balance in order to reduce its abrasion and increase its life span. It also studied a typical thermoelectric couple, got the gas buoyancy distribution and best reed contraction.
