| 摘 要： | 本实验用A类维生素和间接诱交剂环磷酰胺按不同程序处理V79细胞,结果证明对DT~(?)和SCE频率均无显著影响.因此A类维生素对环磷酰胺在化学诱变过程中抑制作用的本质,本文认为不是由于改变和保护了细胞膜的结构所致.

| Abstract: | Different schedule treatments of retinoids and cyclophosphamide induced SCE and DT~r frequencies were studied. The results did not show a significant difference on the SCE and DT~r frequencies. This suggests that the alteration of the structure of the cellular membrane and the prevention of the mutagen entering into the cell may not be the reason for the inhibitory effect of retinoids in chemical mutagenesis. |
